Spectrum Work Aotearoa is a new organisation providing access to employment advocates & service providers who specialise in helping diverse people and communities.

Our team is made up of neurodiverse, queer, and multi-skilled people who have all faced, and overcome challenges in the workplace due to their differences.

We provide access to support, education, advice, and representation to people and organisations of all kinds.
What is an
Employment
Advocate?
An employment advocate is a person who helps you with work problems and makes sure you are treated fairly and lawfully.
​
We are not lawyers but are trained and experienced in employment law.
We can also work with a lawyer (yours or ours) to make your support more affordable.

We can provide a range of support to help you resolve any workplace issues you may be facing.
